What works (and doesn’t work) with gender balance initiatives?

The latest Major Projects Association study: “Gender Balance Interventions“, highlights the importance for organizations to understand the value of their gender balance interventions.

The research suggests that women have an understanding of the initiatives that deliver the most impact and value, whilst men may struggle to do so.

This understanding is important because missplaced or half-hearted initiaitives can undermine the whole direction of travel and because, whilst the commercial imperative is a rather narrow and single-minded driver, it remains the most significant element behind corporate strategy.
