Ed Hoffman, Chief Knowledge Officer at NASA for many years shares his insight on managing knowledge in organizations and on major projects. Drawing on examples from NASA’s space program, Ed explores concepts such as engaged teams, accelerated project learning, the sound of success, strategies for learning and knowledge sharing and the requirement to work across cultures, age groups and work disciplines.
