For the first time this year, we are able to publish a programme of Major Projects Knowledge Hub events. These are open to Major Projects Association members as well as users of the Major Projects Knowledge Hub. MPKH events tend to be scheduled at the end of normal working hours (based on GMT) and include an online element; the idea being to make the event as accessible to as many people as possible.
In 2019, learning from our handful of events in 2018, we have designed a programme involving two styles of events.
We are running four MPKHLive events in collaboration with Bentley Systems this year. Imagine something that is a mix of Gardner’s Question Time, BBC Question Time and a Major Projects Association Seminar – that will give you an idea of this style of event. Each of them takes place in the Bentley Academy, in front of a live audience and is simultaneously broadcast as a webinar.

Our six QUBE@Work Sessions are run in collaboration with Eddie Obeng’s highly innovative virtual collaborative space. Each of the sessions, which take place from 5.30 on the third Thursday or every other month, provides an opportunity for the delegates to experience virtual collaboration and co-creation on a theme that is close to major projects.
